1Is the diet difficult and time-consuming to implement?


We have good information for you. We make every effort to ensure that our nutrition plans require a minimum of time and commitment. Many of the recipes can be completed in a few minutes, so even when preparing meals on a regular basis during the day you do not waste much time. When preparing a plan, we base it 99% on products available in most markets close to you so you do not waste time searching for hard-to-reach products. If you know that you will not be able to prepare meals, you can use the services of one of the catering companies with whom we cooperate with and receive planned meals straight to your door.

2What the nutrition plan looks like?

The nutrition plan consists of the number of meals adjusted to your daily schedule. The energy value of the diet and macronutrient distribution are planned to enable you to achieve your goal. The plan is based only on products that you like and are well tolerated by your body. You receive a plan from us, which contains all the information: what and when you should eat, how to prepare it and what ingredients are necessary to make a given dish. What's more, there is a shopping list under the whole plan, thanks to which you can reduce your shopping time to the minimum necessary and at the same time save money by buying only what you really need. For the whole plan, you receive a comment and such prepared plan you receive from us by email in the PDF version, but that's not all. The whole plan and shopping list are also available to you in a specially dedicated mobile application. All this always helps you to have an easy access to your plan.

3What sport is best to practice to help reduce body fat?

Once, it was believed that the activity supporting fat reduction is aerobic training, or monotonous physical exercise lasting more than 30-40 minutes. It is now known that the interval training is the most effective in the context of fat reduction. Its advantage is most of all a shorter duration. It consists in performing an effort of variable intensity alternating for example 30 seconds sprint interlaced with 30 seconds of jog. Remember, however, that the type of physical exercise should be tailored to the purpose of training, your condition, health and exercise capacity.

4Does the on-line menu make sense?

We know from experience that the patient's motivating factor for consistency are the regular control visits, but sometimes there is no
such a possibility, e.g. a patient is very busy or comes from another city. In this case, on-line cooperation is a good solution. In our opinion, it makes sense, if the patient is able to maintain the right motivation. We carry out a detailed medical and nutritional interview and get to know patient preferences, also on-line.

5Why do I have to wait for the menu?

A properly composed menu includes your preferences, dietary goals, health status, as well as energy and nutrient requirements. The diet is tailored to your needs, so our dietician needs to prepare the right dishes and provide the daily need for essential nutrients, which of course takes time. We make every effort to ensure that your meal plan is delivered to you within 7 working days, but usually the waiting period is shorter.
